The Commonwealth Seasonal Festivals
Four Weekends a Year. Three Days of Community. A Campus Wide Open.
At the Pinckney Commonwealth Campus, we believe that true sustainability is something to be experienced, celebrated, and shared. Four times a year—timed perfectly with the natural rhythm of the Earth’s rotation—we open our entire campus gates to individuals, families, and groups for our premier 3-Day Seasonal Festivals.
Held during the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice, these immersive three-day weekends invite you to pull back the curtain and experience every facet of our live-work-learn ecosystem.
What to Expect: A Campus-Wide Experience
During these exclusive 3-day events, the entire Pinckney Commonwealth campus becomes a living, breathing playground of interactive learning, farm-to-table dining, and community connection.
- Tour the Ecosystem: Get behind-the-scenes access to The Fishery and our advanced aquaculture systems, walk the rows of The Gardens, and see The Water recycling systems in action.
- Taste the Harvest: Enjoy exclusive tastings and pop-up dining experiences featuring fresh catches and organic produce, alongside preservation workshops inside The Cannery.
- Learn Together: The Learning Center hosts mini-workshops, hands-on activities, and kid-friendly science experiments tailored for families and groups.
- Experience the Lifestyle: Tour our sustainable Housing models and experience firsthand what a thriving, circular, eco-conscious community looks and feels like.
