Situated along the scenic Honey Creek, the campus introduces an integrated lifestyle framework tailored to meet diverse housing and community needs.
The landmark development features five key components designed to foster connection, convenience, and sustainability:
- Honey Creek Commons: Dedicated workforce housing offering spacious two-bedroom units with scenic views overlooking Honey Creek, delivering critical, high-quality residential options for local workers.
- The Royal Manor: A specialized senior living residence featuring comfortable one-bedroom layouts. Residents will enjoy premium, on-site lifestyle amenities, including a fully equipped main gym, a quiet library, and an elevated sky lounge.
- The Merchant: A dynamic mixed-use building featuring first-floor retail space to support local commerce, topped with modern residential units above.
- Honey Creek Clubhouse: A central waterfront community hub situated directly on the banks of Honey Creek, providing active gather spaces for residents and guests.
- The Campus Indoor Farm: A sustainable indoor agricultural facility designed to supply fresh, locally grown produce to the community through an adjacent roadside farm stand.
